If you have any cough, cold, flu, fever, current infection or recent injury please consult with therapist ahead of appointment to reschedule. If deemed severe enough therapist may refuse service and prompt a reschedule. Some of these conditions in addition to be contagious to therapist and other clients are may also be exacerbated by and contraindicated for massage. 

These are therapeutic services, sexual language, advances or contact will end the session and if deemed necessary by therapist lead to authorities getting reported to and involved. 

The client will get priority and be rebooked as soon as possible. If payment is already made they will have the option to be refunded or proceed with rebooking. .

If the Client cancels last minute, ie within the hour, they need to reach out to the therapist so appointment can be rescheduled, last minute cancelation within the hour will prompt recurring invoices from Massage Book. I am happy to work with you on appointments. 

If appointment goes to no show and client does not reach out however you will be invoiced by MassageBook and we will not proceed with the next session until the full balance is paid.

No individuals under the age of 18 that require an accompanying guardian are being accepted as clients in this practice.  

Practice is currently not equipped to accept Prenatal clients, please check again in the future as this will change in the near future.
